The General Services Department manages our real estate and buildings, and acts as our landlord and tenant representative. We look for unique opportunities to generate non-rate-related revenue through the sale or joint development of our properties, including surplus land.
On May 18, 2022, the Commission added Chapter 13.50 – Identification and Disposition of Surplus Real Property – to its Code of Regulations. This Regulation will take effect July 1, 2022.
