Angelique Dorsey White

As Ethics Officer, Angelique leads all aspects of WSSC Water’s ethics program, including compliance with the mandates of Maryland’s Public Ethics and Open Meetings Acts. Guided by WSSC Water’s commitment to operating with the highest ethical standards at every level, she is responsible for providing ethics guidance, workforce training, disseminating ethics program information to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that reports of potential ethical violations are resolved in a timely manner. Angelique also assists the Board of Ethics by ensuring meetings are conducted properly, maintaining both open and closed minutes meetings and being the custodian of all Board of Ethics and ethics-related records.

Angelique is a proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University (Psychology) and Georgetown University Law Center (Juris Doctor). She remains an active alumna with both universities. She is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Angelique is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and is a big fan of her hometown sports teams.
