Amanda Conn

As head of the General Counsel’s Office, Amanda leads a legal team that provides legal services to support WSSC Water. She also oversees the Claims and Ethics offices.

A graduate of the University of Maryland and the University of Baltimore School of Law, Amanda is a member of the Maryland Bar, the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the Maryland U.S. District Court Bar and the Bar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She is the immediate past chair of the State and Local Government Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.

Amanda is a Professorial Lecturer of Law at the George Washington University School of Law where she teaches local government law.

She has also been an adjunct professor of law at both the University of Maryland and University of Baltimore schools of law. She takes great pride in seeing her former students working in the highest levels of government across Maryland and in other states.
