ePermitting Outage - This Weekend

OFFICE OF COMMUNICATIONS AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The ePermitting outage is scheduled to begin on Friday, August 21st at 8 p.m. and continue through Saturday, August 22nd at 12 p.m..  Please take note of the affected application outages.

To ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation, a few applications will be temporarily unavailable during the above times:

  • ePermitting Citizen Self Service (CSS)
  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system (inspection requests only)
  • Cross Connection Test Report (CCTR)
  • ePermitting Permit and License Search
