Laurel, MD – February 24, 2025: WSSC Water has an emergency water main shutdown on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 8 am to 6 pm affecting the northern half of the Carderock Spring community (north of Hamilton Spring Rd.). Though not expected, work may extend beyond these hours if necessary.

There will be a water station set up this evening between 5 pm and 9 pm in the parking lot of Carderock Springs Swim and Tennis Club at 8200 Hamilton Spring Ct, Bethesda, MD 20817.
Customers in the area may lose water service during the shutdown. Repairs will be made as quickly as possible.
