Laurel, MD - September 30: WSSC Water is experiencing issues with customer payments through Paymentus and are working to get this back in service quickly. At this time, customers attempting to use Paymentus may have intermittent access to the following:
- Bill payment application (Web, Mobile, IVRS & Kiosk)
- E-permit Payment application
- Cross Connection Test Report Payment
- Watershed Permit Payment
- Relocation Electronic Payment
- Fire Hydrant Meter Rental Payment
