Friday, September 20, 2024 has been declared a Day of Remembrance for Ernest Joseph Dyson, our colleague who recently died while serving in the line of duty.

A limited number of customer service advisors are available; however we encourage you to utilize our self-service options.
The Customer Service One Stop Shop at our building in Laurel is open with limited services. Customer service advisors are available to:
- Review bill inquiries
- Assist customers with credit card payments for bills, including service restoration using the self-service kiosk.
We are unable to accept and process bill payments by cash or check today.
The Permits and Plan Review counters at our building in Laurel and at satellite county offices are closed today. Qualified emergency inspections will be available by contacting the Emergency Services Center at 301-206-4002.
We will resume our usual business operations on Monday, September 23, 2024.
