Laurel, Md. – May 13, 2024 – WSSC Water Commissioners are holding their monthly meeting on Wednesday, May 15, beginning at 10 a.m. The meeting, held in person at the WSSC Water building in Laurel, is open to the public and available via livestream from WSSC Water’s website.
This month’s meeting agenda includes scheduled votes on more than $14 million in contracts to support the replacement of WSSC Water’s aging critical water and sewer infrastructure. This will enable the continued delivery of clean, safe and reliable drinking water to customers in Prince George’s and Montgomery counties.

The 2024 Commissioners’ Engineering Scholarship Award winners will also be announced.
The meeting includes a call-in option to ensure interested stakeholders not in attendance can provide input. Those watching virtually and wishing to speak should call in at the beginning of the comments section, which begins shortly after 10 a.m. Callers will be admitted from the “lobby” when public comments start.
