Application received:
The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC Water) proposes to rehabilitate and upsize sanitary sewer mains and provide stream stabilization to protect and maintain sewer assets in Montgomery County, Maryland. This work will result in the clearing of 1.18 acres of forest as part of a Forest Conservation Plan (C24-03) submitted to the State of Maryland Forest Conservation Program. The work associated with this project is located at the Parklawn Memorial Cemetery, Village Square Apartment complex, and Maryland-National Capital Parks and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) Parkland located in the vicinity of 12800 Viers Mill Road, Rockville, Maryland, in the Rock Creek Watershed.
