- Online Bill Pay (kiosk, web, mobile)
- Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
- ​customers will be unable to make/split payments
- request an extension
- enter a meter reading
- request a plumbing inspection
- Mobile Self-service Kiosks (bill payment only)
