Laurel, MD - April 1, 2022: WSSC Water is aware of an intermittent issue preventing customer payments using credit/debit/ATM cards. We are presently working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
Customers may experience problems when paying their bill through the following payment options:
- Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
- WSSC Water Mobile App Bill Payment
- Self-service kiosks
Customer can pay their bills using e-Bill payment, drive-through window or mailing a check payment.
