LAUREL – June 15, 2010: Jerry N. Johnson, General Manager/CEO, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC), and Eleanor Mason Ramsey, PhD., President of Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd., will discuss the importance of a Disparity Study to evaluate WSSC’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) practices and determine if a statistical disparity exists in awarding by WSSC of contracts to woman-owned and minority-owned firms. Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd. has been hired to conduct the study.
