Eligible residential customers whose household income is below 150 percent of the area median income* will receive the following benefits:

  • 50 percent bill credit for payment in full of the delinquent amount and 100 percent of late payment charges and turn-on fees waived; and 
  • 25 percent bill credit for 50 percent payment of the delinquent amount and completion of a six-month payment plan. Upon completion of the payment plan, 100 percent of late payment charges and turn-on fees are waived. The 25 percent bill credit is also applied after completion of the payment plan.

 

Residential customers above 150 percent of the area median income are eligible for the 100 percent waiver of late payment charges and turn-on fees if the delinquent balance is paid in full or a 50 percent payment is made and the balance paid within six months. Commercial and multi-unit residential accounts with master meters also qualify to have 100 percent of late payment charges and turn-on fees waived.
