John SIms Fleet Services Group LeaderThis Group is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to a 3,000-unit vehicle and equipment fleet at six garage facilities. The Group provides preventative maintenance, repair, and road service, fuel supply and management, tag and title processing, vehicle and equipment replacement planning and acquisition, emissions inspection, and fleet utilization management.

Jaime Garcia Materials & Services Group LeaderThis Group is responsible for acquiring and distributing materials and supplies throughout the Commission, providing printing and graphic services, processing mail, coordinating furniture and office equipment acquisition, inspecting materials, and supplying photographic services. |
Christopher J. brous Security & Safety Services Group LeaderThis Group is responsible for safeguarding Commission real property; providing for the safety of WSSC personnel, customers, and visitors to our facilities; investigating theft of service cases; investigating illegal discharge of substances into the wastewater collection system; and investigating complaints of criminal activity which occur on Commission property. |
Troy L. Wilkerson Property Management Group LeaderThe Property Management Group provides facility maintenance operations support for all commercial office buildings and depots, and routine building structure & grounds; Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, & Refrigeration (HVAC/R) and automated Environmental Management Systems (EMS) maintenance support for all other Commission owned facilities. |
