The Corporate Secretary is the executive authorized to attest documents on behalf of the Commission, to act as the custodian of the Commissioner's official files and records, including the minutes of open and closed meetings that are subject to the Open Meetings Act. The Corporate Secretary is also the parliamentarian at the Commission's meetings.
