Antonio L. Jones was appointed as a WSSC Commissioner from Prince George's County on September 9, 2009. Mr. Jones is a Largo businessman with more than 30 years of management and operations experience in both the public and private sector.
Mr. Jones is the co-owner and managing partner of P3Consulting, where he is responsible for the marketing, training and consulting initiatives with the company’s clients. He is also the Chief Financial Officer for J and J Auto Repair and Towing Company that operates in Pulaski, Virginia.
For several years Mr. Jones was a contract employee with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at the Goddard Space Flight Center and the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). At NASA, Mr. Jones served as the Executive Director of the Space Hope Instruction Program that oversaw the development, implementation, budget and daily operations for a workforce training initiative that connected inner city workers to jobs in the information technology industry.
Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowie State University and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland. He is a life-long resident of Prince George’s County. Mr. Jones is a three-term Board member of Largo Community Church in Largo, Md.
